This Scottish dirk blade is made from hand-forged, 1085 high carbon steel.  It Rockwells between 45-55 and is nicely polished with a round tang and a 5″ hand tooled pattern on the blade back.  Made by Windlass Steelcrafts®..

– Blade: 12″ long, 1 1/4″ wide, 1/4″ thick

 

This does not have a finished edge. These blades have all been hand forged, ground and heat treated. All you need to do is add a handle or a handle and a guard if you prefer depending on the style of the blade.
